Wir möchten, dass jeder Gast mit gutem Gefühl bucht, in welcher Sprache er uns auch liest. Diese Website wird in englischer Sprache erstellt und gepflegt. Unsere spanischen, französischen und deutschen Seiten werden mit Unterstützung künstlicher Intelligenz übersetzt, damit mehr Gäste ihren Abend in ihrer eigenen Sprache planen können.
Wir prüfen diese Übersetzungen, doch keine Übersetzung ist perfekt. Eine übersetzte Seite kann gelegentlich Formulierungen enthalten, die die genaue Bedeutung des Originals nicht wiedergeben. Daher ist die englische Fassung dieser Website, einschließlich dieser Allgemeinen Geschäftsbedingungen sowie sämtlicher Angaben zu Buchung, Preisen, enthaltenen Leistungen, Stornierung und Rückerstattung, die Fassung, mit der wir arbeiten, und diejenige, die Ihre Buchung regelt.

Bookings
Customers who request tour information through this website will be contacted by our team to confirm availability and reservation details. Confirmed reservations are held under the primary traveler’s full name.
All tours must be requested minimum 24 hours in advance. Our team will confirm schedule and package details directly.
Rescheduling and Cancellation Policy
All tours can be rescheduled or refunded up to 24 hours before the tour set departure time minus a 20% booking fee. We are not able to cancel or refund any tour bookings within 24 hours of the tour departure time.
Children
Children all ages are welcome to take part in our tours and do not require car seats as long as the mother or father holds them for the duration of the tour.
Departure Points and Time
The Company endeavours to provide departure points and times for the service which are as accurate as possible. However, the Company reserves the right to vary such departure points and times without notice, as circumstances require.
Tour Route
The Company reserves the right to deviate from the route of a service in the event of marches, parades, or where reasonably prudent to do so in the light of circumstances beyond the Company’s control.
Vehicle Safety
My Vegas Limo Tour reserves the right to refuse access to travel on a particular departure should circumstance be deemed to compromise tour safety.
For safety reasons all Customers are required to keep all limbs and body parts inside the vehicle at all times.
Accident or Loss
Please take care of all personal property. The Company will not be liable for any loss, damage, delay, inconvenience, direct or consequential loss, however caused, unless due to negligence by the Company, in which case our liability is limited (except for death or personal injury) for damages to a maximum of the refund of the ticket price.
Alcohol
Our tours may include complimentary sparkling wine
Ticket or Travel Agents
Where a reservation is arranged through one of the Company’s Ticket Agents, any query regarding that reservation must be referred to the Ticket Agent who arranged it.
Guest Conduct
We reserve the right to refuse service to a guest that may show signs of advanced intoxication or if we deem his/her conduct offensive or a nuisance to other passengers, or if behaving in such a way as to constitute a risk to his/her safety or to the safety of other passengers, and we shall have no further liability.
